Children will witness the preparation of first-salt cheese and discover how milk turns into cheese, observing the tools of the dairy.
Each participant will create their own small mold of fresh cheese, which they can take home.
The visit continues at the farm, with close encounters with the animals and curiosities about life in the alpine pasture.
