TUESDAY and THURSDAY: Discovering White Gold
The farm experience + guided tour in the farm
The children will watch the preparation of fresh cheese and discover how milk turns into cheese, observing the tools used in the dairy.
Each participant will make a small mold of fresh cheese with their own hands.
At the end of the activity, each child will take home a fresh cheese similar to what was made during the workshop, prepared by us in the dairy. It will not be the mold just produced, but a cheese that is already ready, in full compliance with hygiene regulations.
The visit continues on the farm, with an approach to the animals and curiosities about life on the farm.
