Have you ever made canederli with your own hands? No? Then this workshop is just for you! Come cook with our super Chef & his Staff: we will discover together the magical history of canederli, a special dish that was prepared many years ago with leftover bread and a few ingredients... but with lots of imagination! A true dish for kitchen heroes!

 

What will we do?

  • We will put on our aprons and get our hands a little dirty
  • We will learn to mix, knead, and shape the canederli just like the Trentino grandmothers used to
  • We will listen to stories and interesting facts about this “poor” dish that is rich in flavor
  • And in the end... you will take home your canederli to cook with mom and dad!
