Sledding in the Dolomites in Trentino
In Paganella, sledding is pure fun: exciting descents, dreamlike views and a great desire to be outdoors. It is an experience that everyone enjoys: families with children, groups of friends or those who simply want to try something different.
The plateau offers three toboggan runs, all served by ski lifts and with equipment hire available on site.
Meriz toboggan run
On the Fai della Paganella side, it can be reached by the Santel - Meriz chairlift.
The descent is fun and comfortable: it starts at an altitude of 1,522 metres and ends at 1,421 metres, covering a distance of almost 900 metres.
Toboggans can be hired at the Meriz Refuge.
Scoiattolo toboggan run
A panoramic run that starts in Molveno, with a cable car and chairlift up to Montanara.
It is easy, suitable for everyone, and offers spectacular views of Lake Molveno and the Brenta Dolomites.
The start is at 1,511 metres, the finish at 1,371 metres, for a total length of 1.4 km.
Bambi toboggan run
It starts from Pradel and descends to Plan dei Sarnacli, above Andalo.
It is 2.5 km long and is served by the Molveno - Pradel ‘La Panoramica’ cable car, where rentals are also available.
At the end of the run, a shuttle bus takes you back to Andalo and Molveno.
