Rituals of Heat, Forest & Sound: The Holistic Journey of Elements
Rituals of Heat, Forest & Sound: The Holistic Journey of Elements
Friday, November 27, 2026 | from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM | Nordic & Holistic Spa at Life Park Andalo (Paganella Trentino)
"Listen to the burning earth, the breathing forest, the healing sound: six chapters to rediscover the essence of balance."
You can find us in the heart of Trentino, in Paganella, at the foot of the Brenta Dolomites: an immersive and profound afternoon experience in pristine nature. On Friday, November 27, 2026, the Nordic and holistic Spa at Life Park Andalo transforms into the stage for "Rituals of Heat, Forest & Sound", a ritual journey in six chapters designed to guide you through the purifying power of smoke, the energy of birch, the pristine scent of the woods, and ancestral sound vibrations. A unique event crafted in every detail, where guided rituals alternate with parallel Finnish sauna sessions to ensure a seamless, intimate, and relaxing experience.
The Six Chapters of Holistic Wellbeing
"From the primal beat of the shamanic drum to the celebratory warmth of the final steam wave, every moment of the day is designed to slow time, purify the senses, and reconnect body and spirit with pure nature."
Let yourself be enveloped by precious Guggul and Royal Hojari resins in the silence of the Smoke Ritual, experience the ancient Banya tradition with wet birch branches, and discover delicate natural face and body treatments crafted from salt, botanical herbs, and fresh fruit. Between the scent of conifers and the soothing vibration of singing bowls and gongs, you will find deep inner peace.
