Antiche Terre
It's 1945, and we've just returned from a war we survived. We’re picking up the habits and traditions of our community again, with a renewed desire to live.
Walking through Zambana Vecchia during Antiche Terre feels like stepping back in time: you’ll see us dressed in vintage clothes, carrying out old trades.
Your children can try out traditional games while you can stock up at the village taverns and taste typical dishes from the past.
Through photo exhibitions and visits to the little church, we rediscover the memories of days gone by together.

Saturday, October 10
6:30 PM
- Official opening of the event with a parade featuring the 2008 Conscripts' float, accompanied by The Nautilus Band of Nave San Rocco and the Zambana Community Band (Banda Sociale di Zambana)
- Welcome address by local authorities.
6:45 PM
- Opening of the "Viale dei ricordi" (Memory Lane)
- Food stands open.
- Opening of the exhibition "70th Anniversary of the Zambana Vecchia Landslide", sharing memories of the disaster while honoring the solidarity of the people of Nave San Rocco that allowed both communities to rebuild together.
- Opening of the traditional agricultural tools exhibition curated by the Club 3P of Nave San Rocco
