Activities with Sara, an expert naturopath.
After a walk to discover the wild and phytotherapeutic plants of our area, we will customise a white T-shirt with flowers and leaves collected along the trail and Sara will bring us some medicinal plants from her field.
It will be made by hand with wooden hammers, stones collected from the paths and without solvents.
Each participant will be able to take home their personalised T-shirt
